Therefore, sealing is very important to the glove box and is the core technology of the glove box.

There are many connections and rubber gloves on the glove box. It is inevitable that a small amount of air will leak into the glove box. In addition, when using the glove box, the materials transferred into the glove box will inevitably bring in a small amount of water and oxygen. In addition, the working gas used in the glove box also contains several or even dozens of PPM water and oxygen. All these impurities are simultaneously removed by the gas purification system circulation. It can be seen that the core technology of the glove box is sealing and gas purification efficiency.

According to the requirements of the test environment, the glove box can be divided into:

Inert gas glove box (requires accurate control of water and oxygen content in the glove box, ultra-pure operation test environment)

Stainless steel vacuum glove box (after evacuating and filling with inert gas to treat the water and oxygen content in the glove box, the operating environment requirements are slightly lower)

Plexiglass vacuum glove box (after evacuating and filling with inert gas to treat the water and oxygen content in the glove box, the operating environment requirements are slightly lower)

Plexiglass glove box (operation box) (the water and oxygen content in the glove box after inert gas replacement treatment, the operating environment is relatively low)

Radiation-proof glove box (radiation-proof, dust-proof and clean sealed operation box)
